The Morning Of | Nervous Excitement

The day begins with a carefully crafted atmosphere, where the energy of the morning unfolds naturally. I guide the moments — from the delicate placement of the dress to capturing the finest details — ensuring the light highlights your love story beautifully. With gentle direction, I offer prompts for a graceful walk toward your dress, playful interactions with your bridal party, and intimate moments with family. All the while, I remain a quiet observer, allowing you to be fully immersed in the joy of the day

Coverage starts 2-3 hours before the ceremony (TBD on travel time/venue/first looks/etc)

Your Vows | Your Ceremony

The ceremony is where everything comes together — the anticipation, the emotions, and the connections. I capture the quiet moments as guests arrive, the venue’s beauty setting the stage, and the emotional buildup leading to your first look. From his tearful reaction to the moment you walk down the aisle, every fleeting expression is preserved. I also focus on the candid moments — the hugs, the smiles, and the raw emotions between you and your guests.

I arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure everything is perfectly set up, from the gear to the microphone, so I can seamlessly capture every detail of this unforgettable moment – which means we need to plan to get you in the dress 1 hour before the ceremony for comfortable timelines.

Post Ceremony Celebrating

After the ceremony, I step into a more structured role to ensure the family and bridal party photos are completed efficiently, without feeling rushed or overwhelming. My approach strikes the perfect balance between organization and fun — I’ll guide everyone through the process with clear direction, while keeping the atmosphere light and enjoyable.

We focus on capturing lively moments with your closest friends and family, making sure everyone feels involved and the memories are preserved in the most effortless way. No time wasted, just meaningful, joyful photos before we move on to the next chapter of your celebration.

Family photos & bridal party photos can take up anywhere from 20-30 minutes depending on family size & if we want to prioritize an abundance of memories with the squad.

Your Adventure

After a day filled with emotions, excitement, and countless moments, this is your time to breathe and be present — together. During your couple’s session, we’ll take anywhere from 15 to 40 minutes to capture intimate, meaningful moments, allowing you both to connect before heading back to the celebration. (We’ll have another opportunity for more photos during sunset and later in the evening.) I’ll gently check in after about 20 minutes to see how you’re feeling — if you’d like to continue exploring for more photos or if you’re ready to step away, allowing you to return to your guests and enjoy a moment of calm before the next chapter of your day unfolds.

The Reception

I capture your venue as an extension of your vision — whether it’s a candlelit, intimate atmosphere or a bright, airy space with crisp white ceilings. I love preserving the essence of the moment, blending timeless shots with artistic flair, to evoke emotion and create lasting memories.

From your grand entrance to the heartfelt speeches, I focus on those subtle, yet profound moments — like the tender glance shared during an emotional toast or the joyful surprise of grandma taking her first shot in 20 years. It’s the small, beautiful stories woven throughout the evening that I’m always on the lookout for — whether it’s children dancing in the corner or the quiet intimacy between you both during a special moment.

Sunset

As the day fades, I’ll be watching the sunset, ready to suggest the perfect moment to steal away for 5-10 minutes and capture those magical moments with the sun.

Whether we’re surrounded by a simple parking lot or breathtaking mountains, I can make any setting shine, ensuring your experience and photos feel extraordinary.

This secondary photo session allows us to explore a different time of day’s lighting and provides a peaceful escape from the lively reception. It’s a chance to reconnect with each other, taking a moment to be present together while I guide the shoot.

While the reception continues, I’ll be coordinating with the DJ or day-of coordinator, timing everything just right to make sure we capture the essence of that perfect moment.

Dramatic Night Photos

Let’s create a striking image with your venue as the backdrop—something moody, fun, and filled with dramatic flair.

Nighttime photos are the perfect way to wrap up your session, offering you a quiet moment to connect while still capturing the magic of the evening. As the reception continues in the background, you’ll have the chance to step away and soak in the moment, walking into the night’s enchantment together.

A portion of your gallery will feature truly creative and artistic images that capture a unique vibe.

On average, I deliver 1000 images that capture the beauty of your day with true-to-color, dreamy editing. How Long Does It Take To See Photos?

Typically, you can expect to see your photos within 3 to 8 weeks, depending on the season and the volume of weddings I’m working on.
