Pre-Wedding Consultation: A Deep Dive Into Your Story

Before your wedding day, our journey begins with a consultation. I don’t just want to know about your wedding day—I want to know about you. Location Scouting & Logistics

Having a quick mind and a landscape background while combining the present moment of lighting… I’m able to walk into any scene and know 20 “shots” to do relative!

I don’t have a need to come to the venue months before and scout since I love dancing and bending the light & location how it will present itself on the day of.

I do my best to do lots of research, google street view, and look at the venue photos/locations and can give support on where to take photos.

On the big day, I arrive early, even before the first guests, to get a feel for the space. I’ll check the lighting, arrange my gear, and ensure that everything is in place. The getting ready portion of your wedding day is full of emotion. The excitement, the nervousness, and the joy of preparing for a new chapter in your life. It’s one of my favorite parts of the day because it’s all about capturing the raw moments that are so easy to forget but so special to relive. I take a mix of documentary-style photos and artistic shots. Whether it’s a quiet moment with your parents or a burst of laughter with your bridal party, I’m there, blending into the background while capturing every detail.

The Ceremony: The Heart of the Day

I like to be a fly on the wall, blending into the environment to capture intimate moments like your vows, the exchange of rings, and the quiet looks you share with each other. But I also ensure I’m in the right spots at the right times to get the best angles, and I communicate with your officiant to ensure everything flows smoothly. One of my favorite moments of the day is when I get to capture the two of you alone.
